This document is used to confirm that the individual is with the organization and that their role will entitle them to access NPOconnect. All Role Verification documents must have the name of the individual as well as the name of the organization. We are not able to accept documentation that does not include both.
Acceptable Documents for Role Verification:
- Nonprofit Letter -This would be a letter written and signed by your employer and must be on official letterhead and signed by another person.
- Offer Letter received prior to employment
- Employee Badge
- Copy of Directory. Company name must be on the document provided
- Copy of a 990 that shows them as a member of the organization
- Paycheck Stub
Business cards are not accepted.
The documents must not be in an editable format once submitted. Word or Excel documents will not be accepted.
