YourCause has several clients that require an organization to agree to a compliance agreement and complete their affiliations in order to qualify for matching funds. Your organization would not be eligible for matching funds from those companies until both of these actions are resolved.
In order to complete these compliances, you must be the administrator for your organization. If you have not registered, please click here to view our Registration Guide.
Compliance Agreement
Compliance Agreements are used by our partner companies to ensure the companies to which they are matching have agreed to a set standard of terms.
Access Compliance and Affirmations
This can be accessed by going to Administration > Compliance / Affirmations in NPOconnect. You will be presented with available Affirmations of Compliance and their status. The type of Compliance Agreements available may differ per client - Some have custom Agreements while others use the standard YourCause Compliance Agreements shown in the image below.
If not yet complete, click on the blue arrow to the right of the item's name to view the terms. Once you have read and reviewed the Compliance Agreement, click on I agree to the terms above to accept or I DO NOT agree to the terms above. Any outstanding Affirmations should be resolved.
It should be noted that selecting I DO NOT agree to the terms above for an Affirmation may impact your eligibility for some programs.
Renew Your Agreement
Compliance Agreements are typically valid for 2 years. You will receive an email from YourCause when it is time to renew.
